Terms & Conditions

1, Our company reserves the right to decline or refuse work at our discretion.

2, The operative who carries out the work does son at his/her discretion.

3, Hour rate work will consist of materials supplied by us (materials plus 20%) and time is taken to rectify any faults VAT to be charged at current rate.

4, Collection of materials will be charged for, but limited to 1 hour unless agreed by customer.

5, Fixed rate work is carried out at a frim cost including labour and materials but excluding any unforeseen faults. All costs are plus VAT at the current rate.

6 Estimates given to customer are bound excluding the following circumstances

  • After submission of the estimate, the customer instructs the company orally or in writing to carry out additional works.
  • After submission, there is an increase in materials.
  • After submission, we find additional work is required to complete work as detailed in the estimate.
  • 50% deposit is required before material orders are made and commencement of work.

7, Invoices are due for immediate payment on completion of work.

8, The company shall not be liable for nonattendance or late attendances at the property by the operative or as a result of late or non-delivery of materials.

9, The customer making a booking accepts sole liability to settle the company account unless he/she discloses to the company when making a booking for work that he/she is acting for a third party.

10, If any instruction for any agreed estimate work is cancelled within seven days of work commencing the customer will be liable for any related expenditure cost.

11, Should the customer not be completely satisfied with the works then the customer shall notify us in writing within six months of completed work, and give us the opportunity to inspect and rectify any necessary relating works. Should the customer fail to notify us, then the company shall not be held liable in respect to any defects in the work carried out.

12, The company guarantee shall be for labour only in respects to faulty workmanship for 12 months from date to completion the guarantee will become null and void if the work or appliance supplied has been.

  • Subject to misuse or negligence
  • Repaired, modified or tampered with by anyone other than a company operative

13, The company will not guarantee any work about blockages in waste and drainage systems.

14, If the company agrees to carry out work on installations of inferior quality or ten years old or more, then no guarantee on workmanship or materials is given.

15, Any goods supplied will remain the property of the company until the account is settled. Until such time the company will have authority to repossess, sell or dispose of any part which remains vested in the company.

16, The customer will be taken to court for failure to settle the account when satisfying work is completed.
